Refund policy

Shipping and Delivery: 

All physical products are shipped from Australia. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier availability, customs processing, and circumstances beyond our control. CAPE-AU Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss or damage to a physical product passes to you upon dispatch from our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@kristimcvee.com with photographic evidence and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@kristimcvee.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We reserve the right to require a reasonable investigation period before offering a replacement or refund.

International Orders

We ship to selected international destinations. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country's authorities. These are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.
  • Some products may be subject to import restrictions in your country. It is your responsibility to confirm that the product is permitted for import before placing your order.
  • We are unable to falsify customs declarations or mark orders as "gifts" to avoid duties.

CAPE-AU Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on international orders.
